Memory card connecting to computer problems

My blackberry/media card is not showing up when hooked up to my (apple) laptop.

It has before, but it won't now.

Any helpful tips?

Re: Memory card connecting to computer problems

Did that already, nothing is appearing.

The phone is recognizing USB connection, but the computer is not picking it up.

Re: Memory card connecting to computer problems

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8130 and have tried using both 2 gig and 4 gig mem cards.  Each time I insert them the phone locks up after a few minutes of use.  I believe my version is 4.3.0.81 and I have mass storage turned on.  Can you help me please.

thank you

Re: Memory card connecting to computer problems

Thanks. I was trying to find out how to browse the Blackberry Storm Media Card from a PC. This helped me find it, but on the Storm, the menu is:

Options (from Home icons list) -> Memory -> Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected = set to "Yes"

Menu -> Save

Menu -> Close

I can now connect my Storm to my Windows PC and upload and download photos, images, and music!
