I kinda need some help, the charger area on my phone broke and got it fixed but when they fixed it they damaged where i insert my sim and now it doesnt accept it. I kinda need some help as to what to do and if any one else has had this problem
They're saying they cant fix it and they've sent it to 'specialists'. Ive been looking around on the net and someone had the same problem and they were told to upgrade the device software so im going to try that. If that doesn't work i'll take it from there. Thanks anyways
Well when i gave it for repair when my charger port borke vodafone said it was physical damage caused by water so they didn't fix it under warranty. When i gave it to the repair people they were able to fix it but when i recived it my phone wasn't recognising the sim, so they must have damged the sim area when repairing the charger port. But they are claiming that i damaged it when 'i broke' the charger port but it was working fine when it broke as it still recognised my sim when it had a little charge left.
