Need Help: BB Pearl 8110

I noticed that there are times I lose all messages: sms/emails even facebook updates for a particular date.  Does anyone know why this happen?  Sometimes even the contents in my BB Messenger is completely wiped out.  The settings were made sure that messages are kept forever and should not be deleted until I do so - therefore I don't understand why I keep losing them.

Hope someone can help me...

Re: Need Help: BB Pearl 8110

Hi again..  I switched to a different telco and now after synching all my email addresses, I noticed that I could no longer delete the message from my handheld - which means I still have to go open all my email boxes in order to delete the unwanted messages.  How can I do everything from my BB unit?

Re: Need Help: BB Pearl 8110

You should be able to...as long as everything was shifted correctly. You could try these things:

Resend Service Books:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB02830

Delete and re-create the BIS configuration.

Check with your telco to be sure your BIS account is fully migrated.

Good luck!

Re: Need Help: BB Pearl 8110

Hi. Something weird has happened to my 8110 recently - the device keeps rebooting then, when it tries to connect to the telco it shuts down and reboots again. Ive tried restoring the device software and downgrading but this has no effect except to wipe all data from my device - thank god i backed it all up! Ive also tried a different sim card on the same network - no change. Have you any suggestions? Thx
