I had my Pearl for over 2 years. This week, it stopped all alerts: phone calls, sms, alarms. I've updated the software, done a master reset, removed the battery ... nothing. Vibrate works, and I can make and hear calls. I've checked the profiles and sound levels. Is there a fix for this?
