Halo pros out there, I can not go to the phones Settings as the BB´s "Options icon" is gone. I first thought its hidden, but even saying "show All" brings this icon not back. Please help.

Did you move it to a folder?

The options icon cannot be deleted, so that isn't a worry.

It's either hidden or moved.

Do this:  With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Now, look all over again.

..and thanks again coz have found it. You are right, it was in a Folder, and guess which..Documents to go. I dont know what it was looking there but I guess am the one who is responsible.
