OS6 Browser Problem

Hi,

 

Browser was working fine inOS 5 but after official upgrading to OS6 it has become very slow and now when i try to open WAP browser it says' insufficient network  coverage'inspite of having strong network signal.Also when i try to connect through WIFI connection ,i have the same message.Tried  battery pull out but it doesn't work.Please help
