I'm a new BB user and a new forum Member ![]()
I have the 8220 which I got in the last 2 weeks (TMobile)
In the last 2 days I've tried 2 different BT headsets
1: Motorola 715-didn't like the sound quality
2 Jawbone- great sound quality but then I started getting disconnects during calls.
I exchanged the headset and same thing happened.
After reading topic on here it seems to me that perhaps the problem is the BT feature of the phone and not the headsets.
Does anyone know if BB or Tmobile are working on update to correct this issue ?

I am having the same issues with the blue tooth and I sent mine4 back 3 times and no one seems to have any answers.
If any one know I would really appreciate it if they would let5 me know?

FYI although I had issues with the above
BT headsets, The 8220 connects flawlessly with my Garmin 680.
I've used it multiple times a have never had a BT dropout.
The only feature the does not work is the text messaging thru the 680, and that requires a update from Garmin- not BB or T-mobile
