Pearl 9105 OS 6 update disaster!

I got an email today from BB with details to update to OS 6, which I did via my PC. 

 

The problem is that now it has been installed, the "terms and condions" notice won't scroll down to the point where I tick accept. I have rebooted it several times, taken the battery out several times, sprayed with dust remover and tried to re-install - all to no avail. I now, therefore have a phone that is unusable. I'm not particularly techno so don't know what else to do.

 

HELP!!!!

Use the update sent out today and it should fix your problem.  Back onto App World after a 6 week break
