Pearl 9105 Wont switch on or even charge ( no led at all )

My Pearl is completely dead, it was on charge the other day and hasnt charged i cant even get it switched on or anything. Ive tried using someone elses battery in mine but still nothing. Please help!!!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the community!

With what you describe, it sounds like a hardware problem with your BB itself. If you are 100% positive that your charger is working AND 100% positive that the battery you borrowed is good AND have left it to charge for at least 24 hours without attempting anything else, THEN it likely is a hardware problem...which only your service provider (O2) can provide help for.

even if i plug into the charger im not getting any led light showing that its even charging yes charger is fine as ive used it for another bb and the batt i used from a friend is working perfectly. ty for ur reply will have to see o2 about ti
