Phone will not read mms messages!!!

Lately my pearl will not read mms messages. It says "Could not retrieve message content. Try again later" And then it leaves an expiration date. I can click on the message and then click "retrieve now" but nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this??!??!

On your BlackBerry, look at Options > Advanced > Service Books.

Scroll to two entries named something like [mms - transport] and [mms - client] and delete both. Don't click on them, just scroll to and highlight the entry then press the Menu key > Delete.

 

Now, reboot. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

 

Next, resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.
