Problem has log message platform

Dudes 

I have a problem with my Blackberry series 9100/9105 which is that I do not get the message that was recorded in its platform to start enjoying the service that we provide the plan BIS

I tried several boards and I have worked so I come to your help, Iappreciate any advice

Pardon? I am not too sure I understand. You have set up a BlackBerry Data service plan and have not received the confirmation e-mail from your carrier?

If you have not received a registration message from the wireless network, register your device.On the Home screen or click the Options icon. Click Advanced Options. Click Host Routing Table. Press the Menu key. Click Register Now.

If that does not, you may want to give Digitel a call

Already I do that, also try with another operate =S... I don't understand because not register in the platform
