I am a new BB user and not totally sold yet. I cannot get my emails to reconcile between my bb and outlook. I have gone through all of the "obvious" settings but still isn't working; I am having to delete emails on both. Any thoughts?
If you are BIS, the personal BlackBerry Internet Service, your service will not reconcile with Outlook.
You will need BES, enterprise service, for that function.
