The sound does not transfer to either of my bluetooth headsets, (stereo [WiRevoS300] and mono [Blueant Z9]) while in the Sprint TV, Radio or Telenav (Sprint Navigation) apps.  Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong?

All pairing is completed successfully, the BT radio is enabled and the headsets are on. I have tried all the combinations for the bluetooth settings on the device.

Current Device settings are as follows:
Discoverable - Yes
Allow Outgoing Calls - Always
Address Book Transfer - All Entries
LED Connection Indicator - On
Security Level - High
Connect on Power Up - Yes

My stereo headset is A2DP 2.0 compliant. Services are:
Hands Free Unit
Headset
A/V Remote Control
Audio Sink
Trusted = Yes
Encryption = Disabled
Echo Control = Off

My Mono headset Services are:
Hands Free Unit
Headset
Trusted = Yes
Encryption = Disabled
Echo Control = Off

Is there no answer for this?  Have I stumped the support guys.  This is a huge drop for Blackberry.  Please help me out here.

I can't provide much but do I do have an 8130 on Verizon.

My BT mono earpiece (Moto H680) only works with the phone

My BT stereo headset (Sony DR-BT22) only works with music either stored or streaming and the phone, no video.

Video will only work for me with headphones plugged in the jack.

It has been the same for me with OS 4.3 and I recently upgraded to 4.5 and everything still works the same.

Just verified my settings and on both of my BT devices I have Encryption enabled and Echo control set to Automatic.
