I have the BB Pearl 8120 set. I could not transfer files via usb cable connected to my laptop. I have already installed the black berry desktop software. when i go to Media Manager, it shows the folders of documents, pictures, videos etc saved on my handset but when i double click the folder to view its contents, the software does not work. As guided by black berry helpline rep. I switched on the Media card support, Mass storage and selected 'Prompt' in the Auto enable Mass Storage media on my handset. can u guide me how I can transfer files from my handset to my laptop. Am i doing any thing wrong? thanks.
