I am having a really tough time getting someone to help me with my warranty.
In October, I purchased an unlocked Blackberry Pearl 9105 from an online store. 3 months after purchase, the hardware in the phone crashed and the phone will no longer turn on. I have contacted the store I bought it from and they say that they only honor a 30 day warrantly for items they sell. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I spoke to Blackberry customer service USA and they say that I have to contact the original seller of the phone, since they don't sell warranties directly but instead sell them to resellers. I am now $300 in the hole, and cannot get anyone to help me.
Can someone please clarify this issue for me?
