Wifi Set up



I am having problems with my wif connection.  I am subscribed to Globe but no data plan, so I only access BB App World thru wifi.  I'm not sure what is wrong, my device is connected to the internet but could not connect to App World and I can't access whatsapp.  The same thing has happened before, I eventually switched to my other device for internet.  But the last time it worked, I was able to install whatsapp and have been using it often.  It's been weeks again now that the Pearl won't connect to wifi.  I have done hard reset on phone, but still nothing.

Can you check with your carrier and verify you have the correct blackberry data plan?  Without that plan, it won't work.

What other device did you switch to for internet?
