My BB is about one month old. I also get this same trouble error. Since last night.

No, i haven't. Do i need a computer to do that? I'm not on the enterprise server (whatever it's called) or anything like that.
I'm really still new to the BB world ![]()
When i got it, it worked. Now it doesn't. That's all i know for sure.
Do you think i should contact my telco - TELUS or is it a BB problem?
Like i say, it's only one month old. Not sure if i should be deleteing/adding stuff. The program was preloaded on my Curve when i bought it. I know pc's comes with a format/recovery disk. But not my BB.

You can go to your OPTIONS > ADVANCED OPTIONS > Applications > then find it on there. Highlight it. Then delete. Then from your browser, go to http://www.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?
