bb 8110 smartphone

hello everybody i am new to the bb,i have a bb 8110 GB spec,wot a great forum this is,i have two qustions first one how do i turn of call divert(phone rings a couple of times then divert to voice mail)

 

second question i have been looking through the forums and came across one were you could download a programe from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and use part of ringtones,i tried to do this but was unable to down load came up with a lot of options i wasn't to sure of can anybody help please many thanks stu

Go to call logging -> Options -> Call forwarding -> select your desired forwarding type.

 

I too faced similar problem and still no work around found...I'll inform if find some alternative.
