Hello habtukacak,
Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
When you attempt to load the BlackBerry® App World application, what is the full error message you receive?
Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. BBW Apps freezes and I cannot get out of it unless I press the "end call" button. Can anyone suggest a remedy for this, please.

Hello hantukacak,
I would suggest to do a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here:
How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software for Windows

Please test before restoring any data to the BlackBerry® device.
If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

My son, who is an IT Support Person in his day job, tried to sort this out for me by the usual delete and re-install process. He has come to the conclusion that it is something to do with 3G and 2G coverage! So, it depends where you are and what signals you receive. 3G signals are obviously better. Other than, I am "pleased" to know that I am not alone with this problem. So much for Blackberry phones.
If anyone else has any solutions, then I would be grateful to hear about them.
