Yes, follow completely the instructions for using JLCmder, which you will notice state that you should have your devcie OS (Operating System) installed on the PC. Do this before using JLCmder.

thank you for helping me i still have problem and i can`t  run Jl_cmder.it`s start loading OS but can`t finish instalation.what i do wrong now??

At what point does the loading process stop? Provide details please, it makes it a lot easier for troubleshooting :smileyhappy:

it`s stop when start loading file it`s show me Unspecified error encounter A:smileysurprised:x00000020 and shot down loader

hi there.when i start jlcmder it`s says it unable to open port when i`m tried to wipe my bb.apploader also dosn`t work any sugestion what can i do to fix my bb or do you know any company in us who can fix for me my bb

when using the jlcmder, getting it to recognize the blackberry can be tricky. I insert the battery into the phone just before I hit enter to wipe and it usually detects it.
