hi guys.. i need some help with my blackberry pearl 8230, i can't turn on the bluethooth.

I tried it all (not factory restore) please PLEASE HELP ME!!

i'VE BEEN HVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY BLUETOOTH AND MY GPS. MAKES ME WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER PHONE SINCE MY CARRIER CANNOT HELP ME AND BLACKBERRY CHARGES.
