I am trying to set up my caller id as it does not show on the external screen who is calling.  I went to external screen and now it shows only the calls i missed and that does not go away until i call that person back.  plz help

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums.

 

Press the green phone key > Options > Smart Dialing, and set your country code, area code, national number length, etc.

smart dailing options still did not solve it.
