Good Morning,

This Week, after I connect via Wireless on my Blackberry Flip 8220, and clear the History, Cache, etc, of the Internet Browser, i cant access mobile.blackberry.com from my device.

I dont now what i do worng. I just use the options of my device, and now i cant access mobile.blackberry.com or HELP option.

Please, i need your help to solve this issue.

I visit a lot of forums over the internet, and try to solve the problem by myself, but still have the problem, and i dont now what to do.

Thanks,

Re: cant access mobile.blackberry.com

The Browser open all pages. The problem is only with  mobile.blackberry.com

When i try to access this page, the browser open a Non-Blackberry Page!

1. I have a BIS Plan

2. I remove the battery a put it back

3. The configuration of the Internet Browser have all the check boxes, and the emulation as Blackberry

Please dear friends, i dont now what else to do.

Thanks,

Re: cant access mobile.blackberry.com

I'm having the same problem. I also get the "Non-BlackBerry Page".

Just for grins, I pointed it at one of my servers so I could see what the user-agent header was. This is what it says:

>BlackBerry8220/4.6.0.180 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100

That sure looks like it's identifying itself as a "BlackBerry" to me. I don't see "Non" in that string anywhere. So why isn't it compatible?

Re: cant access mobile.blackberry.com

Still have the problem. It doesnt say Non-Blackberry Page anymore. Now the title bar says Blackberry Wallpapers, Ringtones, and More, but still not open.

Any Solution?

Re: cant access mobile.blackberry.com

@fadhilkachenje  Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

Good luck.
