pic transfer

Do I have to have internet access from BB to transfer pics from BB to PC?  What driver do I need on my PC and how do I get it?

No...your BB can interface with your PC without any carrier plan at all. You simply need to download and install the Desktop Software from here:

And then activate Mass Storage Mode:

You can transfer media files between your Blackberry and PC using a USB cable or a Bluetooth connection follow the steps listed in the links below.
