hi everyone hopefully some one can help me with this it seem when i plug in my charger or through PC phone says its charging but its notcharging..lol it always stay at 5% iv tried diff batteries diff chargers all the same

Does the active charging symbol on or adjacent to the battery stay on, a small electrical looking symbol?

it has the lighting bolt symbol and underit i think its the phones gps whick is turned off

Lightning bolt is the sign that means you battery is takug charge. How long did you plugged it for charging?

its been like this for a week i charge over night and the battery doesnt get stronger

And you've tried different batteries and different chargers?

Do this:

Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the USB cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage).
