volume

I plug my phone in at night to charge. Once morning comes, the volume on my alarm, text messeges, and ring aren't functioning. Obviously this is a big problem since the alarm doesn't go off. The sound comes back when I shut off the phone and turn it back on. Any ideas?

Re: volume

Minor issue resolves by just having a device restart by pulling the battery off for 30 sec.

This is just the way we do to out computers.

Re: volume

Yes I had this issue, it was the reason I sent my 8120 back to Orange (a replacement arrived this morning). Seems I'm not alone with this then, oh well, at least I know what to do if it happens again,

[ Edited ]

I *just* started having this issue with mine as well...and I've had mine for about 5 months now.  It's frustrating, because it happened to me twice, within a day or two.  I haven't taken the battery out yet, but I had to restart it...I'll take the battery out now I suppose...

*edit* :  I know the solution is simple, but could the reason for this be low memory?  I had experienced that recently with my messages disappearing and I had to clean out my phone a bit, but would that cause the sounds to not go off?
