How can it be, that some who doesn't have an enterprise server cannot properly use the native calendar. It's a pitty!

I can use the bridge calendar and it will bring all the appointments on my PB and BB. However, if I use the native calendar, I can only syns with my Hotmail inbox calendar but cannot bring on to the BB. WHY??????

I don't want to use googlemail and also there is no feature built into the BB calendar that synchs it. I don't want to spend the whole synchronising my appointments. I am a very busy man and this is a catastrophe!!!!!!!!

I also primarily use another email adress which makes it even worse.

What can I do now? Do I have to spend all that money on a server or will I be able to use this simple and free, like with other products (apple cloud, which I don't trust)!!!

I really hope this will come soon in form of a cloud. I would be prepared to pay for it as well, if only I don't have to set a PC tower for a server.

If just there was a built in plug-in for Windows live mail from Desktop Manager that allows to synchronise my meeting between the Laptop, PB and BB. That would be great if you got push this forward to your colleagues at RIM!

Hey there... Invitee found a trick to sync calendars. Add Invitee to the event as yourself so that you have emails associated with your name. Example, you have xxx@yahhoo.com , bbb@aol.com or others. Assuming that all these accounts associated with calendars on your playbook and your smartphone. Once you have added Invitee as yourself with different email accounts, it will send you emails. Once emails sent your smartphone and playbook calendars will sync. It works for me. Hope it will help. Dmitry

That worked for me too, but what a pain having to add this extra info, should of been there to start with, did RIM not think of this, umm I wonder...
