Best screen Protector film for PB?

Can you help?  I installed  a screen protector film for my PB but no matter how hard I tried there were air pockets.  Any suggestion for:

1.  Which is the best to purchase and from where?

2.  Best way to apply?

Thanks.

Re: Best screen Protector film for PB?

Lots of them are actually good.

I've used TRU before on my PlayBook, but I really don't think it needs one and I don't use one now. I keep the device in a folio cover and protect the screen that way.

I don't think I'll be using one either. If it affects the visibility at all, it's not worth it to me. Learned that on both my phone and my old Visor handheld.  My PB is under the XMAS tree right now.  I may use a stylus instead of my finger...we'll see.

Re: Best screen Protector film for PB?

The TRU product I tested was great.

However, use your finger, I wouldn't go to the trouble of a stylus, it sorta defeats the simple usability of the touchscreen.

Re: Best screen Protector film for PB?

I am checking some out on Ebay such as:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220913684567&fromMakeTrack=true

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HDMI-Cable-Leather-Case-Film-Blackberry-Playbook-/200681969661?pt=US_Tablet_...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/3pcs-LCD-SCREEN-PROTECTOR-Display-Guard-Clear-Film-Blackberry-Playbook-/2708...

One of the listings had really detailed instuctions for installation, but I can't find it now.

I was also wondering if I could cut to fit the $2.00 one that is sold at Dollarama for Ipad!?

[ Edited ]

ebay has a great assortment of screen protectors. Im using one that I purchased from ebay.ca, shipped from Quebec/Canada for 3.99 cdn, a simple clear film.

Tricky to put on. Scotch tape helps with dust that gets in btween the film and screen (check out youtube for examples).

I notice people in the malls paying large dollars for ghost armour; most recommend it.

Others highly recommend the otter box for the PB.

I find BB's leather cover case that converts to a stand, and the cheap ebay screen protector works great to protect it.

Bottom line, Id recommend a screeen protector to protect your investment. Use of a stylus pen also works great.
