Does anyone know if an external USB drive is in the works for the Playbook?

This would be a GREAT accessory.  That and a full version of Kindle for the Playbook would make this the absolute perfect tablet.  I really enjoy my Playbook but those two things are the only things to date keeping it from being 100% perfect for all my needs.

Rumors are that external flash storage will be enabled in OS2 in February.

I love my Playbook. And it is damned near impossible for me to be satisfied with any electronic device. So, great job Blackberry, i am Very impressed.

Yes, if I could use an USB with an SD card that would be GREAT. Do you think they could make one that would work with the current playbook or on a future model?

there is a wifi SD card reader and a WiFI hard drive too that works with playbook.

 

 

I know some one did a hack to enabled USB support but isnt 100% functional.

 

I hope RIM does make this happen on OS 2
