RIM should bring out a smartphone version of the Playbook, with LTE, right now. Because, Apple are bringing out a 7-inch tablet.

Therefore, instead of lagging, the Playbook could be obviously the better choice, with its better OS, etc. What say you?

That article says to get  7 in tablet and not a phone.

Very little or no lag on the PlayBook.. look at the great browser scores here from the browser testing.

As for the release of the Playbook LTE, it was four days ago.

Also note that 4G LTE PlayBook has faster CPU.

Smartphone version of the PlayBook's called BlackBerry 10. It'll be available for customers at the beginning of 2013.

At the time I checked, the Canadian RIM pages only said the LTE was upcoming.

I shall be going to my local Telus to look, but won't be buying one because it only has 32GB. There would have been a sale with a 64!

What came into my facebook box today. Just out in Canada.
Still comes with a holding area of 32GB and NO 64GB is likely. Not good.

That was according to Telus, but what do they know, because for a while they stopped stocking the Playbook? It isn't in there so far.
