I have had my BlackBerry PlayBook since March, initial problems with wi-fi connection after an os upgrade, which was resolved by Tech Support in Texas, if remember right, Iam out of my 90 day support now!

I had two upgrades Tetris and RelaxBook Nature, it took a long time over about 4 days to upgrade Tetris, it came up with an error, and I constantly have to put my BP ID password in!   It has been 10 days now and can not upgrade RelaxBook Nature, it goes to ID window, then Authenticating, and lastly message: There were problems completing this purchase. Please try again or visit BlackBerry App World Support for more information (Error : 35005 ) Frustrated as I am not purchasing only upgrading!! ? Can anyone help?
