After Security Wipe the black berry playbook is not loading OS completely

Hi All,

 

My son did something mischevious thing all the application is not started working,we did security wipe to bring the playbook to the initial state after doing that the play book was tried to load OS and kept it on for 10 hour but i didnt loaded always showing Blackberry Playbook on the window and colours on the screen keep on changing but the OS is not getting loaded.

 

Please advice how to overcome this issue.Please also advice reinstalling the OS will resolve our problem.How to reinstall OS in my Playbook again.

Try connecting the Playbook to the Desktop Link Software and there click on Settings > Update.

 

If that doesn't work, connect to your PC and do not open the LINK software and use your PC browser to go www.blackberry.com/upgrades and then click on Check for Upgrades
