I can't connect my playbook after updating os 18.104.22.1686.
I am using window 7 and bb destop software 22.214.171.124
At earlier I was able to connect my playbook and transfer media file easily.
But at this time I am using same playbook, same window 7, and same setting for both PC and bb playbook.
And message appear in bb device manager: "Internal - Volume not mount".
Please help me what is the solution for this problem
I am tring many way to solve this.
