I have been a bit upset with RIM, just a "bit", with the fact that early adopters like myself who went and bought the Playbook on day #1 are not getting any benefits. We stuck with Playbook even when email, etc were not fully available and paid full price. Now I see rebates and price reductions. Sure early buyers pay, but we also are the ones who carry the flag of RIM. Is there any perks or discounts for us?

Thanks
(I got confused with the head banging and smashed the solution button in error. However, this issue is not yet solved.) We can always hope for that dinner or flowers or card! *sigh*

Oh no.. I can't check the mail... on my Playbook!!
And I'm too visual to have a BB to build a bridge to my mail. (I do have a iOS device on a contract for now and previously a Palm Pre. With BBX, that may all change!)
Back to the books. (Oh, and another pet peeve, no killer medical app yet... that's another reason why RIM has to move faster wtih BBX)

The most important killer app, Epocrates, is still not on the Playbook. This is the first app which most physicians download.
Plus, having used tablets for 6+ years (Windows-Thinkpads) and Palm Pilots before that, I know what will make good apps. There could be so much more done. I think I need to collaborate with the programmers and designed in the BB-sphere to see what we can come up with? interested?
