App upgrades

When I try to upgrade my apps on my playbbook, after signing in it shows that it is authenticating and then I get a message saying that there was an error id 35005 and it won't upgrade the app.

Please restart your PlayBook by touching the upper right battery icon > restart, and try the upgrade again.
