Hi there, I have just purchased a Playbook, and not having much luck, 2 problems, and wishing I had gone down the android route!
1. When trying to install aps i get an error message saying "This item is not supported by your current device profile" what does that mean and how do i fix it?
2. When trying free aps i get the following "install error:[0003-0011-()3120] what does it mean and how do i fix it?

check your time on the playbook, if off too much it wont get apps
