Audio speakers don't work correctly

Hi:
I recently got a new Playbook and when I use the audio only the right side speaker works,.Does anyone know if this is a fault with the unit or some software/hidden setting thst I messed up somewhere? I was sure that both speakers worked when it arrived. If I use the headphone jack everything is fine. The problem exists with both the streaming audio or mp3's.

Does the same thing happen with youtube clips using the PB browser?

What about the demo video clip thats included with the device?

Wiping the device could be another option, but check with support first.

The problem exits with youtube video clips as well as other video/audio. I'll try a hard reset and will let you know if that works.

Sounds like some hardware problem, a short in left speaker is possible, anyway, first a hard reset is suggested, then if the problem still exists, you should contact the support for help.
