BB WORLD UPDATE FOR PLAYBOOK

I just finished updating my BlackBerry PlayBook. When I try to update my BlackBerry World it gives me the message that there was an error. This is the error message. 

 

There were problems completing this purchase. Please try again or visit BlackBerry World Support for more information. (Error Id: 4003)

 

Going to the help links did not help because it assumes I'm a total **bleep** and haven't upgraded my PlayBook to the latest version. Can anyone help please. ?

Try restarting your Playbook... touch the upper right battery icon > Restart.

After it restarts, try again.
