Hello BB support group and BB forum!! Please help me regarding my problem in my son playbook. last nyt when my son play to his BB i noticed that the battery is 0% already i turn off the playbook after an hour i charged it.. when my son going to turn on the playbook the BB is not responding so i tried to press it in a long press about a 10seconds nothing change so i decided to charged it when i plug in the charger the RED bottom stay about 10seconds after that GREEN light is blinking in 10 times until now my son BB is malfunction.. when i tried to connect in my laptop the usb sound is on and after that they appreas my the playbook is in rebooting or make sure the BB is charged.. please help me thank you!!
