Can't see BBM groups .... Any solutions?

I can't find the BBM app for my Playbook let alone any groups, could some kind person direct me to where I can find the BBM app?

To get BBMessenger on the PlayBook, you need 3 things:

Bridge update (1.0.0.83, I recomend 1.0.0.93 which is latest)
PlayBook OS 1.0.3 or higher (best to get the latest version of PlayBook OS.)
BBM update (5.0.3.22) available on App World via your smartphone.

Links for Bridge if your carrier blocks it in app world.

Do you have any special characters on peoples names in BBM? change them to a simple name and see if it works.

Possible you have a corrupt BBM database.

can you please confrim your bridge and BBm version please and list them here?
