BBM on Playbook

Since I got the update on my Bold 9900 for the latest BBM program, I can no longer use the BBM on the Playbook.

After this morning OS update forthe Playbook I tried it again and I get the same result

I can see the program and all the contacts and chats, but when I open a chat,it is completely empty

Any one as a suggestion forthis problem

Thanks in advance

Re: BBM on Playbook

First, I'd suggest

  • on the BlackBerry smartphone to delete the Bridge application (Options > Device > Application Management) and delete it.
  • Reboot both the BlackBerry (battery pull) and the PlayBook (touch the battery icon > Restart).
  • Then, reload Bridge on the 9900 from AppWorld. Reboot if needed.
  • Re-pair the Bridge connection from the handheld to the PlayBook.

That was the first thing that I tried last night, and it did not do any thing, so far,and this morning when Isaw that there was an update for the Playbook I installed it hoping that it would solved it but it did not :-(

Re: BBM on Playbook

What version of BBM do you have installed on the 9900?
