My Device: Playbook, curve 9320

BBM won't work

ive just brought my playbook, and ive downloaded bb bridge and everything works fine through it until I try and go on bbm, when I go onto it it comes upwith a white box and says your version of blackberry messenger is not compatible with bb bridge. Download the latest. Version on bbm to use it on your playbook.  But when I try and download it it tells me that I can't download it because it us not compatible with my current service Profile.  What do I do???

On the phone, install the latest version of the BBM, and then it should work

I would remove the BlueTooth pairing from both PlayBook and Phone, restart Playbook and do a battery pull on phone and set up Bridge again.
