Yes, I know...I was not being specific.  Still RIM is Canadian is it not? One would think there would be a factory closer than Tennessee.

My Blackberry playbook has made its way to Tennessee!  How long does it take usually for repair and return?  I sure hope it gets fixed.

I went to this page... Did all the steps, but i cant charge the battery.

When i connect to power show the red light about 10 secounds and show battery icon, after show green/yellow  pulsing. And after minutes is goes on , but doenst charge the battery. Battery is alkways 0% .

Help
