Seeing how NAS companies (Buffalo, Qnap, Synology, etc.) usually only suppport Android/iOS Apps, I was wondering if anyone could talk about their browser experience on Playbook. Same question for IP cameras.
I ask because I noticed in specs that some NAS/cams only guarantee browser access in specific OS and browser versions. Please list compatible/incompatible devices. And please do not reply just for the sake of increasing post count...I'd like to hear from people with hands-on experience. Thanx.
I'm rockin the BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook, BlackBerry Wireless Headset HS-700

Seagate Goflex works well with playbook on wifi and it has a wifi hotspot with a battery
I use my win 7 PC as a server for video sharing which works well unless too many are accessing it. 4 seems to be the limit on my drive to watch HD movies.
So long as the NAS can give you the stream rates you should be fine, i have heard some of them are no better than a PC sharing a folder but do use a bit less energy
