Alright so let me go into some background information first. A few days ago I sold my PlayBook to someone on Craigslist. Prior to this event I was able to charge the PlayBook just fine (no issues, at all). Before I initially sold it, I did a security wipe on the PlayBook so I could sell the it without having my information stored on it. Since then I received a text message a day later from the new owner, he said that the PlayBook will not charge. Now, I do not know the exact nature of this issue, so I am relying on you guys to help me resolve the problem. Anyone?

The BlackBerry® PlayBook™ has to be powered on to charge. If the buyer is still having problems, have him plug in the BlackBerry® PlayBook™, then hold down the power button for 15 seconds. It should power on and from that point charge.
