Just bought playbook and it automatically updated to os2, but I can't found blackberry video chat and some other blackberry softwares. Could u guide

There are three screens showing icons. Did you swipe up and down or side to side to show the other screens?

if u dont find the apps u can try to wipe the system and retry to download the new os.

some apps are on the right page now, took me a few to figure that out as well
