Blackberry ID Help

My playbook keeps asking me to sign in to my Blackberry ID, but when I try to sign in, it says that my ID is just a bunch of numbers. When I enter my email and password, it says to use te ID that I first used with my device. Why does it think my I'd is 1338311716?

Re: Blackberry ID Help

Hi cdon11,

Unfortunately, I don't know answer for your question. But to resolve this issue you should Security Wipe your PlayBook. Don't forget to backup all significant data.
Respectfully,

Re: Blackberry ID Help

Ok that's what I have to do. Is there a way to back it up without the desktop software?

Re: Blackberry ID Help

It's depend on what data you want to backup. Look through PlayBook shared folder when your PlayBook connected to USB port of your PC. Apps can be reinstalled from App World.
