I am trying to setup 16GB playbook. It lets me connect the Internet, and will set up the time and date, but when i try to select United States as my country, it says that is unable to display the Blackberry ID agreement. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

I am having the same issue. This KB article doesn't fix the problem because from what I can tell there is no way of going back. Once you are on the "Blackberry ID Agreement" page there isn't a way to go forward or back without hitting "I Agree"
I've tried plugging in and using Desktop Manager but it immedialty pops up and says it cannot continue until you finish the setup processes. I cannot find a hard restore option and everytime I reboot it goes right back to this page! Have I found an infinite loop 2 minutes into using the device? Any help would be greatly appreciate!
I think the reason this is happening is because I have it connected on a corporate network and it doesn't have the proxy setup to get to external website where it is trying to pull the BB Agreement from. I will take the playbook home with me and see if it prompts about being disconnected and asks me to connect to my home network.
Will post back if this fixes the problem.

You can obviously speak english. Why not try to set it up as if you are in the united kingdom (london) with uk english as language and see if it will set up. The only problem may be paying for apps.
