Hi,
As title says, it's dead jim. This thing has been hardly used at all, maybe a couple weeks out of the 6-7 months I have owned it.
From my research, it seems as though I have fallen victim to the dead battery bug, although I have scowered the forums, crackberry forums, tried every solution I could find, unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. I tried emailing playbooksupport@blackberry.com, but they wouldn't process a request (only asked if there were any other solutions).
Anywho, l have tried the following:
Holding the button, 20s, 30s, 40s,60 before and after plugging it in.
Holding all the buttons to reset, plugged/not plugged in.
Pretty much everything on the forums except have it replaced..........
Thanks in advance,
d

How long have you allowed it to charge?
Do you see any indication of the RED LED blinking?
What charger are you using,... the wall outlet charger?
Do you have access to the magnetic rapid charger?
