There is the PlayBook 16/32/64GB released April 2011.

There is the PlayBook 32/64GB LTE "4g" model, released in August 2012.

 

RIM is has not announced and I've read no rumors of any future new hardware.

 

RIM has stated the current PlayBooks will (at some point in the future) all be updated to include the new BlackBerry10 operating system.
